Who is Eligible to Join FCCLA?
Because the organization is co-curricular in structure, any student, through grade twelve, who is taking or has taken a course in Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) is eligible to belong to FCCLA.  In Virginia, students in nearly 250 chapters are members of this exciting organization. Involvement in FCCLA offers them the opportunity to expand their leadership potential and develop skills for life - planning, goal setting, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal communication - necessary in the home and workplace. Explore this Web site, then contact the Family and Consumer Sciences teacher at your school to discover how you can be part of
FCCLA - the Ultimate Leadership Experience!
